We prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. However, due to the sensitive nature of Ayurvedic medicines, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

 

1. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Requests for returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

To request a return, email us at support@herbalsutra.in with your order number, product details, and reason for the return along with clear images of the issue. Return & Replacement will be applicable within 7 days.

 

2. Refund Policy

If your return request is approved, we will issue a full refund or replacement products will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

 

3. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Opened or used Ayurvedic products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns due to personal dislike or change of mind.

Incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

 

4. Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled before shipping for a full refund. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
