Orders are processed within 24-48 hours of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

You will receive an order confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Charges
Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount (as mentioned on the website).

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.

3. Delivery Timelines
Metro Cities: 3-5 business days

Other Cities & Towns: 5-7 business days

Remote Areas: 7-10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or local restrictions.

4. Shipping Partners
We work with reliable courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

5. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Orders are shipped only within India.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

If your order is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund as applicable.

8. Delivery Attempt & Reshipment
If the delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt one or two re-deliveries before returning the package.
